Lorrie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and her graduate degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Lorrie has been personal training since 1996. Always striving to find the ultimate fitness regimen, after the birth of her first daughter in 1999, Lorrie started to explore how nutrition played a part in her weight and fitness level. Her personal study of nutrition has led her down the path to unraveling the mystery of what food can do in our bodies to prevent disease and take us to a fitness level we can’t attain with exercise alone. She has learned that over 50% of attaining your optimum wellness (and looking the way you want) is due to our nutrition. She is very dedicated to helping others learn this same information.
