*For minimal results, please plan to workout at least 2 one-hour sessions or 3 half-hour sessions per week. For more maximal results, you would plan to workout 3-5 times per week for at least 45-60 minutes..
Self Training Program:
In-home:

A certified trainer will come to your home and set up an individualized program based on your goals, equipment available and experience. Next, your certified trainer will meet with you on two separate occasions: first to administer a fitness assessment and view workout area, then again to get you started on your personalized program by showing you proper form and variations to each exercise. The program includes free ongoing support for 4 weeks.
New workout program w/o Fitness Assessment $100
The same program as above without the Fitness Assessment.
Ongoing Support: $100 per month
Through weekly 30-minute discussions, a certified trainer will be available via telephone or in person to motivate, challenge and hold you accountable for your program. Progress Chart submitted weekly and reveiwed by trainer prior to call.
Nutrition Counseling:
A certified personal trainer will evaluate your current nutrition, discuss how to use your food to reduce hunger and lose weight, minimize aging, maximize muscle tone, reduce fatigue, stabilize mood, and reverse or minimize acute and/or chronic disease. We will help you determine optimal calories for each meal/snack to obtain your ideal body weight and help coach and motivate you toward your healthiest weight. You will have to be ready to make some lifestyle changes!
Each session: $75
We also conduct small group training sessions and seminars on strength training and fitness and nutrition. We can do this at your office, home or at the Studio - price negotiable. |
