Here we are again, beginning a brand new year full of hope and opportunity! This IS the year to make a positive impact on your health and wellness! HourGlass Fitness and Wellness offers group exercise classes and nutrition education for the entire family. We currently offer Yoga, Ballet, Hip Hop Dance, and Tumbling! Check the Schedule to see when these classes are offered. For those of you who want more personal attention than what you can receive in a class environment, we also offer one-on-one personal training. If you have a group of friends with similar fitness goals, we offer small group training sessions. Your overall fitness and wellness is only about 25% from your exercise program. That 25% is NON-negotiable and will help your body get fit, and gain the endurance and strength you need to be healthy. But the nutrition piece of the equation will ensure you get the most out of your exercise and LOOK the way you deserve if you are exercising regularly!

HourGlass Fitness and Wellness also offers individual Nutrition Counseling by appointment, if you’d like to learn more information specific to YOU to help you meet your goals more quickly! We also offer nutrition education for groups. These sessions can help with weight loss and/or health improvement. You will only attain your optimum energy and physique once you have learned how to combine exercise AND nutrition. One piece of the equation will not give the results of optimum health and wellness without the other.
