HourGlass Fitness and Wellness offers group exercise classes for the entire family. We currently offer Yoga, Strength Training, Kettlebell Training, Martial Arts, Body Sculpting, Cardio Classes, and Dance!  Check the Schedule to see which classes offer daycare for your children while YOU exercise!

HourGlass Fitness and Wellness also offers personal training, small group training sessions and Fitness Assessments by appointment.  Check out our Other Services page to learn more about these services.  And keep your eye on our Upcoming Events page for special presentations, lectures, health fairs.  We travel to YOU for health and fitness lectures, too!  We are committed to helping your find your optimum health!
